With its own farm by Jonsvatnet in Trondheim where they grow their own fruit and veggies, breakfast is a 5-star experience loaded with omelettes, pastries, charcuterie, and more.
Jonathan Grill: Japanese Style

Step into the dimly lit interiors of Jonathan Grill for an exciting dining experience infused with international flair. If you want to let the chefs do the work, there’s a separate steakhouse area where you’ll be able to watch the show on the Robata grill. Looking for something a little more interactive? Brasserie Britannia: French-Inspired Dining

A light-filled space with marble flooring and touches of soft green/blue hues, Brasserie Britannia is a beautifully decorated urban dining space in Trondheim with a classic bistro style. Informal, welcoming, and a drop-in spot for all, this ‘no fuss’ eatery serves comfort classics like soups, sandwiches, and of course, Moules Frites.
